Japanese in Connecticut

I've been living in Connecticut for more than 2 1/2 years now, and I am starting a Japanese class in North Haven on September 10th, provided there are enough enrollees. I've turned my attention towards lesson planning, revving up my Wix page, thinking about starting a Facebook page and a Blackboard course on coursesites.com, and getting involved with others who would like to see more Japanese offered as a course of study in this state. I also applied to be a Japanese-American delegate via the U.S.-Japan Council yesterday, and so I am getting excited about all the possibilities now. Therefore, I thought it would be nice to have a place to store any news coverage about Japanese exchanges in CT. So I made a new post to put all these articles that might be interesting to anyone with the same ideas as myself.
